Do you deliver outside of Tempe?

 

We do deliver but only within the city. We do not yet have the facility to deliver outside of Tempe.

 

How much is the delivery charge?

 

The delivery charge varies depending on your location. During checkout after you keyed-in your address, the delivery fee would be automatically be added to the final amount you are going to pay for your purchases. It would also be indicated there the estimated time of arrival of our delivery man to your place. If in case, our delivery is late, you’d get your food with a 50% discount.

 

Can I pay upon delivery?

 

There are many options for you to pay for your purchases. You can pay via cash on delivery. You can pay via online bank transfers. You can also pay via PayPal or through major credit cards such as Union Pay, Diners, Discovery, Master Card, Visa, and American Express. We do not accept any more payments via bitcoin.

 

My food is late. How can I get my discount?

 

You can choose to get your discount through a voucher we can send into your email. You can use this for the next time you order from us. We can also refund the 50% of your payment back to the account you used in paying for your orders. Refunds will be processed within 5 banking days after the incident transpired.

 

Can I order crafted beers to-go?

 

Our crafted beers are especially for our customers only. We do this to preserve the quality of the brews we serve.
